Do you actually cover West Sacramento, or just the city?

All my windows fogged up within a couple of years of each other. Why?
Because they were installed at the same time and they take the same sun. Sealed units fail from heat cycling — the airspace expands through a 95 to 105 degree afternoon and contracts when the Delta breeze drops the temperature in the evening. Do that a few thousand times and the seal fatigues, the desiccant saturates and moisture condenses inside. The units on the sun‑facing elevations almost always go first.
Can you replace just the glass in a vinyl window?
Yes. If the vinyl frame and hardware are sound, we replace the insulated glass unit inside it. You keep the frame, the siding and the interior trim, and it costs a fraction of a full window replacement.
My patio slider is cracked and it sticks. Can you do both?
Usually. We replace the panel glass in tempered safety glass and sort the rollers and track at the same visit where the door allows it, so it seals and glides again instead of just looking better.
