Information you give us. When you submit an estimate form we ask for your name, phone number, the type of work you need and anything you write in the message box. If you call, text or email us we keep the number or address you contacted us from and notes about the job. If you become a customer we also keep the service address, job details, and records of the work and payment.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived (for example, from a Google or Facebook ad) and how long you stay. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To contact you about the estimate or work you asked about, by phone, text or email
• To schedule, quote, perform and follow up on work
• To keep records of jobs, invoices and any warranty on work performed
• To measure which ads and pages produce real inquiries, so we can improve them
• To meet legal, tax and insurance obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and texts

When you give us your phone number through a form on this site or through one of our ads, you agree that we may call or text you about your request, including with an automated system where permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time — tell us on a call, reply STOP to a text, or email capitalglasscon1@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop messages about work already scheduled.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who run things on our behalf: website hosting, form delivery and email, phone service, scheduling and accounting software
• Advertising and analytics providers, including Google and Meta, which receive information about activity on this site through cookies and tracking tags so we can measure ad performance
• Suppliers where the job requires it — for example a glass fabricator cutting a unit to your measurements
• Anyone we are legally required to share with, or where needed to protect our rights or someone’s safety

This site uses cookies for basic functionality, analytics and advertising measurement.
